2015, Here we go!
January 3rd, Kansas City: Now, what's up with this new year?
And here it is, the new year - 2015. It was welcomed all around the globe with big fireworks, parties, speeches, of course and the unavoidable flood of good intentions. We all know what will happen to those. So, a new year, a new game? Looking around, it doesn't appear to me, as if this is the big break at all. So lets see, what to expect, shall we? Washington D.C.: Of course, Washington D.C. is in the center of interest. How will the changed landscape of power in Congress influence the politics and therefore not only America but the whole world? Answer: Probably not much. President Obama rules already since 18 months more by executive order than in collaboration with the elected powers in Congress.

The King

He is also well aware, a lot of Democrats left the sinking ship already after they paid a hefty price for the blind loyality they have shown over the years. But he doesn't care and why should he? Despite all outer signs, the this year and the next one, those are his golden years. He can do what he wants because he doesn't run for re-election anymore. Support from his own party? Well, they created the king, now the king is on the throne. That is what you get from too much blind loyality and followership. So be prepared, the President will ride his agenda and if that means to burn his own party, so will it be. So the only thing that has really changed is, who takes the brunt of it.
ISIS: We heard already the war against the self-proclaimed caliphate will take years. So it is no surprise, nothing will change there. Kobani is still under siege,

The Caliph

the air strikes haven't taken the enemy's ability to move troops and material cross Iraq to the other side of Syria and back and the recruitment runs on overload as it appears. If something will change, then it is the variety of targets. We have already seen the beginning of it in late 2014. Single terrorists who kill and hurt a limited number of victims are as effective and a lot cheaper than well-trained operatives. And those low-price operatives are also expendable. All that is needed to play into unhappiness, lack of integration and pre-existant mental conditions. One could be a cynic and notice that Al-Qaeda and ISIS successfully apply the Sharpton tactics. Only they won't distance themselves after the blood is spilled, they will brag with it. Honestly, I am not sure at this point, what is worse. But speaking of him ...
Racial tension: We will see more of it. The last few cases that caused uproar were mostly some fellons resisting arrest and get themselves killed in the process. One pulled a gun at a cop, that sped things up, but basicallly ... there it is. But the mainstream media try to make a killing with those stories and race baiters like Sharpton, knowing this business had made them millionaires already, smell the chance of even more profit. How many of their black brethren they sell out is irrelevant. Like in cases where Sharpton and Jackson inspired racist serial killers in the style of a Lemuel Smith or a Carlton Gary, the heaters and sharpers will never take responsibility for example for the shooting of Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos.

The Leader

They will just swing their speeches like whips to bring their followers in a frenzy. And every big crowd has on the fringes some nutjobs. So it will happen again ... and a gain ... and again ... and don't expect Sharpton to take any responsibility. Especially not now. Holder is going out, but he will support this till his his last day and so will Obama. And so it will go on and on.
The Economy: The economy looks better. Despite all of Obama's efforts, it was impossible to keep it stagnant forever. Nevertheless, reality is not so beautiful as the numbers try to tell us. Remember where those numbers come from. Still there are about 18 million unemployed Americans on the B6 list and still a part of the B3 list,t he one given to the media shows only improvement because people have given up to find ever a job.

People need still jobs

The next President, whoever it will be, has to deal with a broke nation, the biggest pile of debt any ruler ever in the history of mankind has piled up. By far. There is no room to maneuver. And the military commitments after the too hasty withdrawels will force the US in even more debt. It will take decades to recover from the Experiment Obama, regardless who inherits the job. So 2015 and 2016 will not bring any real relief even the numbers will be without doubt colored even more beautiful.

Nearer to my own areas of expertise, balloons seem to burst one by one. Not only me, a lot of freelance and amateur profilers (amateur as in we don't earn money with it) have warned a

Darren Vann, active since years

number of police departments all over the country, that statistical data and signature comparisons would indicate active serial killers in their jurisdictions. Usually, those warnings were dismissed as coming from "amateurs" (amateur as in gets no money for it). However, one, Darren Vann, was arrested in Gary/Indiana and as the warnings have told the police, he was active for years already. Which of course contradicts the theater play of local authorities to be totally surprised. Actually, there appears to be a second one in the area. Gary's PD has the warning since two years, so don't play surprised if you catch someone red-handed who is specialized in elderly ladies.
Along the interstates between New York City and Toledo/Ohio disappeared a surprisingly high number of blonde girls. Of course, in best police tradition, they are all labeled as "runaways" and amateurs (amateur as in gets no money for it) dared to remember old cases like Dean Corll (32 or 33 victims, all labeled as "runaways" by the police).

Long Island, 4 bodies found in 2010

The infamous Long Island serial Killer aka Lisk is still out there and there is no reason to assume, why he should have stopped killing. So, this year, there will be the fifth anniversary of the discovery of the first and only four victims we can book on his account: Maureen Brainard-Barnes, Megan Waterman, Melissa Waterman and Amber-Lynn Cotello. But there are more out there, you only haven't found them yet, I would guess. Maybe it's time to come off the expanded rear-end and listen to the amateurs? But that won't happen in 2015 either and so, a little bit premature: Happy anniversary LISK and please don't kill too many.
Which makes me think about Albuquerque: The West Mesa Murders count as solved and not solved at the same time.

West Mesa, 11 bodies, solved and unsolved at the same time

Solved when it comes to the reasoning that a man named Montoya was the killer, unsolved when it comes to block information to the public or amateur (you know, those guys who opposite to the Albuquerque PD are NOT paid to do this job). It was kind of genius to declare a dead man as the perpetrator, regardless of all holes in this theory. But there will be no trial because the suspect is dead and at the same time, Albuquerque PD can always block all the details that would show they maybe have still a team out there ... or a team that moved in the meantime on to other jurisdictions. We will only know for sure when more bodies are found and that won't happen easily, there is still a lot of desert out there.
So the career time of serial killers in the US climbed in 2014 to an average of a little more than 17 years and it will climb in 2015 probably over 18. The probability to fall victim to a serial killer has since 1980 quadrupled and it will still increase further.

Well, and then there is the subject of money. Not only that the poor will now feel the impact of the Obamacare fines, except for gas and energy in general, costs of living increased last year for the sixth consecutive year. There is no reason to see this change. Higher prices for food, clothing, utilities and all the essentials of life will hit again the poor, not the rich. While swinging the big words about how much they care, Democrats have brought already every fifth American kid in dependency of food lines, almost thrice the number as under Bush, and this will go on. It can't change because the voters who gave their vote for this madness twice can't admit to have been in error.

Last year $95 fine, this year $325 fine, next year $695 ... before food, utilies, a roof over your head, just to make it work

The consequence is a siege mentality. They will go even nastier and even more aggressive as if they haven't been rude enough over tha past years. But now, they feel the pressure. The feeling to be conquerors of what they percieved as the power positions of an enemy, because their leaders told them so, has been changed to the feeling of being in the defense and lose ground every day. Which basically would be the right time to rebuild some of the burnt bridges, but the psychological setup will make this impossible. And the battlefields on which they leave scorched earth, that will be our all wallets. The Democrats have to make Obamacare work, never mind the costs. Or at least, they will have to make it look like it works. If that means more taxes, more fines, more families who have to decide to eat or pay for the century law ... well, those who decide about that are not the ones facing this decision, right? The Congress as battlefield is lost for them for at least the next two years, but we can already hear Democrats yell for sixty-vote rule and such things to keep control or at least the ability to block. So we will see a lot of that in 2015.
2015, after this list, what shall I think about it? I am afraid, the parties of the first night will be the last justified parties for a while. 2015 and 2016 will be the worst years since the Democrats back in 2006 took the Congress. And a lot of the things we will not like in 2015 will be a consequence of this and no amount of denial will be able to hide this fact anymore. The chicken returned to the roost, fine, but we all, whether we voted for Obama or agaisnt him, will pay for it.
